I'm Joanne. I have 20+ years in the ICT industry. As thge CCO of Collabor8 IT, I find great joy in creating and maintaining mutually benificial relationships with our customers.

For me, our customers form part of our team, and vise versa. Finding bespoke soluitions to issues that may arrise keep our customers happy, and it is what I do best.

Our CCO occupies the highest position in any customer success department. She serves alongside  our executive board members who drive customer satisfaction by creating customer loyalty programs and offering our customers the Collabor8 IT Expreience.

Her main responsiblities are leading the coordinated marketing and sales teams who support our current and prospective customers in all stages of their relationship with us.
