What are Break Fix services?
As the name implies, break/fix IT services only interact with you or your business when IT problems strike. WTIT remotely analyze and determine system issues, then provide a soliution to the issue.
This ad-hoc approach to support means you only get the IT services when you need it. Little, if any, pre-emptive or continuous support comes with break/fix services, although we provide suggestions or instructions on how to avoid system problems in the future.
Services are charged as per the time required and utalised. Any initial or post-servicing consultation plus specialty tools and parts needed to fix software or hardware are charged for seperatly.
The alternative to break/fix services is Managed Services which is a service plan, where you, the client, pays a fixed amount for services covered in the plan and pays additional amounts for repairs or other work which is not covered in the plan.

How can we log a ticket?
There are many ways to log a ticket as a registered client. You can email us, chat to us, IM us, create a ticket in the protal or call us. The choice is yours.
What is the turn around time?
Since we are talking worst case times here, they are 3 hours* first response and 16 hours* resolution time.

What if a issue is unresolved?
Unresolved tickets are re-opened and changed from a issue to a problem. We endeavour to educate our client on what caused the issue in the first place as to avoid a issue arrising again.
Payment terms?
Each account will have its own payment terms depending on the clients profile and agreements. Our payment terms are specified on the invoice submitted to the client.
New client payments?
Our new clients are required to pay for their services upfront. This is due to there being no payment history with the client. If the job is complete in under the estimated time, a refund or account credit will be issued.
